- Retail Coach (retail strategy consultants out of Austin, Texas)
- Placer.ai (marketing data firm)
- Atlas Properties (property owner at Cedar Ave./Foothill Blvd.)
- Reliable Properties (property owner of multiple developments in Rialto)
- Charles Company (property owner at Riverside Ave./Merrill Ave.)
- Lewis Retail Centers
- Crexi (commercial real estate platform)
- Choice International Hotels (interested in property on Valley near Riverside Ave.)
Unscheduled Meetings/Interactions:
Approximately 40. Received contact information from over 20 interested parties.
Booth Setup:
Booth location previous events was retained. Staff will seek to improve the location to increase visibility and traffic, however, this is dependent on other vendors vacating their booth locations by not filing to exercise their first right to reserve.
Updated Materials:
In preparation for the ICSC, staff updated the City’s economic development marketing brochure, which highlights the City’s infrastructure investment, private sector land development investment and includes a comprehensive list of the City’s opportunity sites available for the attraction of new business and overall real estate development opportunities.
