Request City Council to Postpone The Public Hearing for the Formation of City of Rialto Community Facilities District No. 2024-1 (Renaissance) to September 10, 2024.

RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the City Council:
1) Reschedule the Public Hearing to September 10, 2024 to allow additional time for staff and the consultants to complete the necessary documents.
BACKGROUND
On July 23, 2024, the City Council set a public hearing for August 27, 2024, to consider the formation of Community Facilities District No. 2024-1 for the first phase of residential development within the Renaissance Specific Plan.
Staff and the consultant team have completed many of the required tasks to form Community Facilities District No. 2024-1, however, additional time is necessary to complete all the required documents. Staff and the consultant team will have all the necessary documents completed in time for the September 10, 2024 City Council meeting.
