Request City Council to: (1) Adopt Proposed Resolution No. 8495 Approving Tract Map 20550 for the Subdivision of Three Parcels Located on the Eastside of the Future Extension of Cornell Street between Ashford Avenue and the Future Extension of Sandalwood Avenue within the Single-Family Residential (R-1A) zone into Eight Single-Family Lots; and (2) Authorize the City Manager or Their Designee to Execute all Related Documents.

RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that City Council:
1) Adopt a resolution approving Tract Map 20550 for the subdivision of one parcel of land located on the east side of the future extension of Cornell Street between Ashford Avenue and the future extension of Sandalwood Avenue within the Single-Family Residential (R-1A) zone into eight single-family lots; and
2) Authorize the City Manager or their designee to execute all related documents.
BACKGROUND
On August 30, 2023, the City of Rialto Planning Commission conditionally approved Tentative Tract Map (TTM) No. 2022-0002 which had been assigned TTM No. 20550 by the San Bernardino County Recorder's Office. A copy of the Planning Commission staff report is included as Attachment 1. TTM No. 20550 shows the subdivision of approximately 0.91 gross acres of land, Assessor's Parcel Numbers (APNs) 0253-151-59, 0253-151-60, and 0253-151-71, located on the east side of the future extension of Cornell Street between Ashford Avenue and the future extension of Sandalwood Avenue within the Single-Family Residential (R-1A) zone into eight Single-Family Lots.
