RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the City Council:
1) Adopt a resolution approving Tract Map 20356 for the subdivision of three parcels of land located at the corner of Foothill Boulevard and Larch Avenue within the Residential-High Density (R-HD) zone of the Foothill Boulevard Specific Plan into seven lots for condominium purposes; and
2) Authorize the City Manager or their designee to execute all related documents.

BACKGROUND
On February 22, 2023, the City of Rialto Planning Commission conditionally approved Tentative Tract Map (TTM) No. 2022-0001, which had been assigned TTM No. 20356 by the San Bernardino County Recorder's Office. A copy of the Planning Commission staff report is included as Attachment 1. TTM No. 20356 shows the subdivision of approximately 4.53 acres of land (APNs: 0128-071-02, -03, & -09) located at the corner of Foothill Boulevard and Larch Avenue within the Residential-High Density (R-HD) zone of the Foothill Boulevard Specific Plan into seven lots for condominium purposes.

Keystone DCS, Inc.
