Title
City Council to adopt Resolution No. 8317 to Uphold the Appeal of the Planning Commission's Decision to Approve Tentative Parcel Map No. 2023-0001, Conditional Development Permit No. 2023-0011, Precise Plan of Design No. 2023-0018, and the Addendum to the Environmental Impact Report for the Rialto Airport Specific Plan (Environmental Assessment Review No. 2023-0022) or take other action as they deem necessary.

Staff recommends City Council:
Adopt Resolution No. 8317 (Exhibit A) to uphold the Appeal submitted on August 21, 2024, by a member of the public to reverse the Planning Commission's decision on August 7, 2024, to approve Environmental Assessment Review (EAR) No. 2023-0022, Tentative Parcel Map (TPM) No. 2023-0001, Conditional Development Permit (CDP) No. 2023-0011, and Precise Plan of Design (PPD) No. 2023-0018, declining to approve Environmental Assessment Review No. 2023-0022, and denying Tentative Parcel Map No. 2023-0001, Conditional Development Permit No. 2023-0011, and Precise Plan of Design No. 2023-0018.
