RECOMMENDATION:
Staff requests that the City Council:
1) Authorize a purchase order to PSOMAS in the amount of $143,540.00, pursuant to their on-call professional services agreement for professional civil engineering services for design of the Residential Streets Rehabilitation - Zone 3 Phase I project, City Project No. 26083;
2) Authorize a purchase order to Michael Baker in the Amount of $159,615.00, pursuant to their on-call professional services agreement for professional civil engineering services for design of the Residential Streets Rehabilitation - Zone 3 Phase II project, City Project No. 26084; and
3) Authorize the City Manager or their designee to execute all related documents.
BACKGROUND:
On May 27, 2025, the City Council approved the draft of the Fiscal Year 2026-2030 Five-Year Capital Improvement Plan. Approximately $6,400,000 was programmed for all phases of a pavement management program project for FY 2025-2026.
