On June 10, 2025, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 8357 adopting a list of projects funded by Senate Bill 1: The Road Repair and Accountability Act of 2017 for Fiscal Year 2025/2026. On November 15, 2022, the City Council approved an on-call agreement with Michael Baker for on-call professional civil engineering services for an initial three-year term, with two one-year optional extensions.
