Request City Council to: (1) Adopt Resolution No. 8341 Approving the Public Improvement Agreement for Public Improvements along Lilac Avenue Related to the Precise Plan of Design (PPD) 2022-0070 Located on the West Side of Lilac Avenue Approximately 550 Feet North of Jurupa Avenue Within the Light Manufacturing (M-1) Zone; and (2) Authorize the City Manager or their Designee to Execute all Related Documents.

RECOMMENDATION
Staff requests that the City Council:
1. Adopt a Resolution approving the Public Improvement Agreement for public improvements along Lilac Avenue related to the Precise Plan of Design (PPD) 2022-0070 located on the west side of Lilac Avenue approximately 550 Feet North of Jurupa Avenue within the Light Manufacturing (M-1) Zone; and,
2. Authorize the City Manager or their designee to execute all related documents.
BACKGROUND
On October 11, 2023, the City of Rialto Planning Commission adopted a resolution approving Precise Plan of Design No. 2022-0070 allowing the development of a truck yard consisting of a 1,400 square foot office building, paving, landscaping, lighting, screen walls, and drainage improvements on 3.48 acres of land (Assessor's Parcel Numbers 0258-102-52 and -53) with a 1,400 square foot office building, subject to the findings and conditions therein. The development is located on the west side of Lilac Avenue, approximately 550 feet north of Jurupa Avenue. A copy of the Planning Commission staff report is included as Attachment 1.
