BACKGROUND
Staff requests that the Cable Advisory and Utilities Commission recommend the City Council adopt a Resolution and Rialto Utility Authority Resolution, approving an Extraterritorial Wastewater Service Agreement with Sergia Arteaga and Leticia Martinez (Owners) for the property located at 19010 Valley Blvd., Bloomington, CA, Assessor's Parcel Number 0253-123-47-0000.

BACKGROUND
Sergia Arteaga and Leticia Martinez (Owners) own the property at 19010 Valley Blvd., Bloomington, CA. This property is on Valley Blvd., on the N/E corner of Valley Blvd & Claremont Ave. The Assessor's Parcel Number is 0253-123-47-0000.

The City of Rialto owns, operates, and maintains the local public sanitary sewer system, which includes a wastewater collection system and treatment plant that serve most properties within the City limits and some areas of Bloomington. The property is not connected to any other sewer system, and the property owners have requested to connect to the Rialto wastewater system located in front of their property on Valley Blvd.

This item was presented to the Water Subcommittee on June 24, 2025. The Subcommittee's feedback was to present the request to the Cable Advisory and Utilities Commission for a formal recommendation to the City Council/Rialto Utilities Authority.
