RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that the City Council:

1) Adopt Resolutions ordering the preparation of Engineer's Reports for Street Light Maintenance District No. 1, Landscape Maintenance District No. 1, and Landscaping and Lighting Maintenance District No. 2;
2) Adopt Resolutions giving preliminary approval of the Engineer's Reports for Street Light Maintenance District No. 1, Landscape Maintenance District No. 1, and Landscaping and Lighting Maintenance District No. 2, and the levy and collection of annual assessments related thereto for Fiscal Year 2025/2026; and,
