Request City Council to: (1) Adopt Resolution No. 8504, Adopt Resolution No. 8505, and Adopt Resolution No. 8506 Related to Street Light Maintenance District No. 1; (2) Adopt Resolution No. 8507, Adopt Resolution No. 8508, and Adopt Resolution No. 8509 Related to Landscape Maintenance District No. 1; (3) Adopt Resolution No. 8510, Adopt Resolution No. 8511, and Adopt Resolution No. 8512, Related to Landscaping and Lighting Maintenance District No. 2; and (4) Set a Public Hearing for June 9, 2026, to Consider the Levy and Collection of Annual Assessments.

RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that the City Council:
* Adopt three resolutions ordering the preparation of Engineer's Reports for Street Light Maintenance District No. 1, Landscape Maintenance District No. 1, and Landscaping and Lighting Maintenance District No. 2;
* Adopt three resolutions giving preliminary approval of the Engineer's Reports for Street Light Maintenance District No. 1, Landscape Maintenance District No. 1, and Landscaping and Lighting Maintenance District No. 2, and the levy and collection of annual assessments related thereto for Fiscal Year 2026/2027; and
* Adopt three resolutions declaring the City Council's intention to conduct a Public Hearing on June 9, 2026, on Street Light Maintenance District No. 1, Landscape Maintenance District No. 1, and Landscaping and Lighting Maintenance District No. 2, and to levy and collect annual assessments related thereto for Fiscal Year 2026/2027.
