Presentation, Discussion, and Next Steps Regarding the 2026 Best Front Yard Award

DISCUSSION:
At the August Neighborhood Beautification and Historical Preservation Commission meeting, Commission received a presentation on the 2026 Best Front Yard Award program. The nomination period was open through October 1, 2026, and eleven (11) nominations were received. Staff have prepared a presentation for the Commission which will highlight each nominated property, the rating process and award presentation timeline. The presentation and voting form will be provided in hard copy for each commissioner at the meeting.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommend the Commission receive the presentation, engage in discussion as needed.
