7. Freeway Incubator (FI) within the Renaissance Specific Plan
8. Employment (EMP) within the Renaissance Specific Plan
9. Business Center (BC) within the Renaissance Specific Plan

BACKGROUND:
Currently, each industrial zone within the City of Rialto permits the development, expansion, and modification of storage warehouses, distribution centers, and similar uses by right.
