RECOMMENDATION
The City Council is requested to review and approve Warrant Resolution No. 36.


Body
BACKGROUND
The City Council is tasked with overseeing the financial affairs of the City, including the approval of expenditures. The warrant register provides a detailed record of all payments made by the City within a specified period. It includes payments for goods, services, salaries, and other obligations incurred by various departments and agencies.

ANALYSIS/DISCUSSION
The warrant register for the period March 15, 2024 to March 21, 2024, has been thoroughly reviewed by the Finance Department. Each payment has been scrutinized to ensure compliance with budgetary allocations, contractual agreements, and applicable regulations. The register reflects expenditures necessary for the continued operation and maintenance of city services, facilities, and programs. Approval of the warrant resolution will signify the Council's endorsement of the City's financial transactions and expenditures.
