The City of Rialto restricts personal firework use exclusively to devices and displays categorized as Safe and Sane by the California State Fire Marshal. Staff acquired two prices, one for $24,500 should the City schedule the event for July 3, 2021 and another for $26,000 should the City schedule the event for July 4, 2021. Staff will issue the purchase order for the price applicable to the date selected by the City.
